Our work typically includes carrying out security reviews, drafting deeds of appointment, advising in respect of security issues, acting in the disposal of properties from sale through to completion and giving all related planning, environmental and title advices. We have also been engaged on a number of occasions in reviewing existing leases of properties where receivers have been appointed to advise on the impact of receivership on existing leases in respect of commercial, mixed use and residential properties and tenancies of all types.
