Limerick native, Thomas Dowling is the founding personal injuries partner at Hogan Dowling McNamara Solicitors LLP. His background in personal injuries litigation and commercial litigation, gave him a unique foundation for his legal specialties in personal injury*, medical negligence* and health and safety law.
Since graduating with an LLB in Law and European Studies from the University of Limerick, Thomas’ impressive achievements include a Diploma in Healthcare Law and a Diploma in Mediation. He is an accredited Mediator with the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland, a Mediator and Adjudicator with the RTB, a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. Thomas has a special interest in personal injuries litigation. Thomas deals with a large number of road traffic accidents, injuries at work and health and safety cases.
